Children in Key Stage 2 look at different aspects of French through the National Curriculum Languages programmes of study to support their curriculum learning.
Lessons are taught through a sequential scheme of progression using a 'step by step' approach.
The scheme teaches children the three 'pillars of language' which include phonics, grammar and vocabulary taught through varied, fun and memorable activities to help build progression.
Exciting opportunities are arranged to provide first-hand experiences for children to practise their conversational French through a French Cafe!
